The CL-PX2085 Enhanced MediaDAC(TM) opens an upgrade path to VAFC compatibility for existing graphics-subsystem designs. Software-compatible with standard PC palette DACs, the MediaDAC mixes graphics and video data streams while converting the input data into the format, color or space, and color resolution of the display subsystem in realtime.
